Philosophical Interlude
Most leaders talk about the increasing complexity and pace of life. Philosophical Interlude offers a welcome pause and a time to connect with others to reflect on what feels important, alive, and maybe fills us with questions, dilemmas or even concern.

These are delivered as internal reflection spaces that are moderated by The Human Greenhouse, and they cover topics vital for the organisation to explore in more depth. We take a thinking environment and community approach – not restricted to specific teams or corporate rank.
​
The organisation is invited to reflect and think together as a community and a living eco-system. The format carries an emergent approach that encourages equality and attentiveness, where all ideas and thoughts are welcome, where we are at ease and listen in order to deepen our understanding – not to interrupt.

The sessions are hosted as a mini-series of Zoom meetings and typically last 90 minutes per session.
Regenerative
Retreats
We wholeheartedly believe in the coming together to affect change, co-create new and enrich our communities. The Human Greenhouse is engaged in building and hosting regenerative retreats of varying duration from half day off-site events to 3 to 4-day residential retreats with access to nature and ample opportunity to unplug and reframe the perspective. This way leaders can enhance their carrying capacity and build resilience and creativity into their respective organisations. Retreat time is also a time to build closer connections to self and others.

We partner with client organisations to build and deliver bespoke retreats and offer co-hosting events that will engage and allow participants to experience a different way to collaborate and connect – engaging our hearts, minds and bodies.
